A comedy written by Noel Coward, this play centers on a socialite, Charles Condomine who is being haunted by the ghost of his first wife Elvira, following a seance. Elvira's ghost makes continuous and increasingly desperate efforts to disrupt Charles current marriage. Madame Arcati is the hysterical medium that brings Elvira's ghost to Charles.
