Shawnee Playhouse Children's Theater presents WILLY WONKA JUNIOR, July 8-August 28, 2010. 

The Bucket family is down on their luck but full of hope when young Charlie finds a golden ticket, inviting him to tour a wondrous chocolate factory with an eccentric candy maker.  Five children begin the tour, but only one can win!  Spoiled brat Veruca Salt, competitive Violet Beauregard, video junkie Mike Teevee, sweets-loving Augusta Gloop, and underdog Charlie follow Willy Wonka and his Oompa Loompas on the incredible journey. 

WILLY WONKA JUNIOR features familiar songs from the classic family film, including The Candy Man, Pure Imagination, Oompa Loompa, and I Want it Now.  This charming children's show is adapted from of Roald Dahl's world-famous book Charlie and The Chocolate Factory. 

WILLY WONKA JUNIOR is family friendly fun and appropriate for all ages.
